Had such a great time staying for two nights. Large room, all the amenities provided. Clean and comfy. Clare and Dave were so lovely and funny, they made sure we felt looked after. Breakfast was excellent too can’t fault our stay and brill location right in the heart of Blackpool. 5 min walk to the prom and only 2 to town centre. Will def book again next year. Thank you!!

Stayed Friday til Sunday. Dave and Clare most welcoming owners I've ever met. Genuinely interested in chatting to guests. Rooms were clean and bed was super comfy Breakfast was cooked perfectly aswell. Definitely a good way to start your day! We will be staying here again!
Warm and friendly greeting from Clare, Dave (and the Majestic Keith), who can't do enough for you to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast is second to none and is always presented beautifully. The room Was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Great location Would highly recommend the Ash Lea and hope to be back there soon.
What a little gem. Extremely friendly staff for whom no request was any trouble. The rooms were spotless, with a mini fridge with water in it. The location is brilliant, the shops and most attractions are within walking distance, however it is just far enough away so that you can get a quiet night's sleep. Breakfast is available if you want it and was spot on. Would recommend to anyone
